flaming sweatshirts

Another boring day here at work. My boss was here when I arrived once again. This does not please me. I was looking forward to using my new inversion table, which finally arrived yesterday!

Josh and I went to Dunkin Donuts earlier today, and we were smoking....when suddenly... I noticed that my sweatshirt was smoking as well. An ember burned right through my sweatshirt, through my t-shirt, all the way to my skin. So needless to say, I need to buy a new sweatshirt.

I've been in a weird mood all day. I guess I'm feeling kind of depressed and lonely. I don't know why, because yesterday ended up being a good day. I got to hang with my bff and chill for a while. it was nice, but now I'm stuck here at work. I think now is a good time for a lunch break.

Snow storms in Mass

I hear this snow storm is going to be a big deal. I wonder if it really will be, because whenever they anticipate a large snow storm it ends up just being a dusting. I feel like if it's going to snow, it might as well snow a lot. That way I can feel nostalgic about playing in the snow when I was a little kid. I should make an igloo, or at least do something fun outside.

My boss bought munchkins this morning, and I wish he didn't. My will power is weak, and I'd rather not not be tempted. My fucking inversion table still isn't here, which makes me angry. I paid for overnight shipping, and here we are 2 days later...still no package. Other than that, I guess not much is going on. I'm in an ok mood for now

HD is fun

I got a new computer monitor about a month ago, and recently hooked it up to both a xbox 360 and a ps3 (not at the same time). It looks really good, so I'm thinking I might get a hi def cable box and use it like a TV. but yah, I brought it over Dan's last night and we played vidjagames while having some drinks. good times.

You know those commercials for "Teeter Hangups" where the guy has his feet strapped in so he can hang upside-down? Well, I ordered one. I'm hoping it will help out my back, plus they kind of look like fun. I hope that arrives today.

So what sort of fun things happen on Tuesday nights?

my boring job

wow, my first blog. How incredibly exciting.
I guess I'll start off with my weekend. Friday got off to a dull start. Work was very slow, and I was in a depressed mood. I really hate not knowing how the rest of the day will go. I ended up hanging out with Dan and Meg, so that was fun as usual. I was invited to Meg's sister's birthday party on Saturday, which was really nice. Her family made me feel welcome, and her mom even gave me some snow pants and a jacket! I suppose her dad was a little intimidating at first, but he ended up being a really nice guy. He shared his whiskey with me. Jenny, Meg's sister, made me feel good because she said she'd heard very nice things about me. Who doesn't like to have nice things said about them? We also stopped by Chris and Courtney's on the way home. I just met them recently, but I like them. I especially like their cats Buttons and Dibbs! but yeah, overall it was a pleasant experience.
Sunday was a bit more low key. I thought I would be snowboarding, but I decided not to go. I had some chores to do around the house, and I didn't really want to drive for 2 hours by myself either. So I picked up Gregg and we played xbox for a long time on my new monitor. It was a good time.
I'm not really sure what's up for tonight, but hopefully I hang out with somebody. This concludes my first blog
